Oxford Fajar Advanced Learners English Malay Dictionary

Oxford Fajar: Advanced Learner's Dictionary is the best choice if you're an advanced learner of the language. It is however hard to get hold of. We've linked to Amazon where, if it's available, it's the cheapest.
