What better way could there be to learn Spanish while waiting out the cold winter, than to curl up under a duvet and hot chocolate in hand... watching movies! That is, of course, second best to actually going to Spain, South America or the Caribbean, to escape the winter!
In either case, here we hope to guide you through the process of choosing the right movies and even just the difficult task of finding dvds that have language audio and subtitle options on them! We've done all the brain-numbing search work for you and found a great source for Dvds with lots of language options.
And as promised, we are happy to release our first Ebook series, as of now! This will be of interest to Language Arts Teachers and students alike! They are DVD guides, designed to convert the most difficult languages to learn into the most easiest languages to learn, using specific films on DVD.
We have researched which films in English are widely available to buy with multi-language dubbing and subtitle options, so that, along with our tailor made DVD guides, you can use these DVDs and their language features to learn almost any language!
Starting February the 21st, and each weekend since then, we have revealed a unique 50% discount voucher/coupon code for each one of our 10 DVD guides, which were promised to be released April 30th!
Hopefully you've been among the ones collecting the voucher codes, so you can get the most out of this new language learning tool! Even if you haven't, don't worry, they are very affordable!
Here is a preview of what each DVD guide generally contains, within the average 12-15 pages:

Using our more generic tips and instructions on our Videos page you can also easily teach yourself any language using Dvds.
Here are more movies below that we can suggest, also available with Spanish dubbing and Spanish subtitles, but that we have not created DVD guides for them yet. Soon we're sure to!
Original Language Spanish Films
Here is a table of classic and well known films that a learner could watch, and if possible, obtain in DVD format so as to be able to use English subtitles to learn the dialogues, etc.
Check it out, one of the most popular shows on Spanish (Spain) tele is Operacion Triunfo (their version of Pop Idol or X Factor), on Telecinco. There are other video clips of shows and programs there too!
